Questions You Might Have
Is there a minimum and maximum time you recommend to use your service for?
Yes – at least 4 months. Pinterest is a very slow-moving platform and it can take a few months to really get things moving. We ask that you sign a 3 month contract and then move into month-to-month.
Is a website necessary for Pinterest management?
Yes, to deliver measurable results a website is a vital component in Pinterest management. We have tried to figure out a work-around but the numbers don’t lie. Those who want success on Pinterest have a website.
Do you create images/pins as well?
We do! Our design team has worked with 100s of clients and created 1000s of images for all types of brands. The Elite and VIP management images are included. You can also buy a pack of images from us as needed.
How do you choose what posts to pin? Is it just based on research and knowing my brand?
When you start services, you will complete a full branding form that informs us about your brand in detail. Then we request read and analyze access to your Google Analytics. This allows us to see which pins are bringing the most traffic to your site. We will also inquire as to products that are top sellers and how to increase exposure to generate more conversions.

Before you book a call to inquire about monthly management, here are a few things all successful businesses have set up before diving into Pinterest marketing.
- A clear sales funnel. You know how you’re going to make money of your website. Affiliates, products, services, sponsorships, etc. It’s clear what you want the conversion to be when the pinner hits your site.
- Clear branding- colors, fonts, logo, message. Starting services in the middle of a branding or a rebrand is not recommended. Get that set up and in place before starting monthly management.
- A website. Even if you’re an Etsy seller or TpT we recommend you have your website and are not 3rd party hosted.
- Blog content. We recommend that you have at least 20 blog posts to start and plan to create at least 1 more per week.
- Minimum budget of $2400 for the 4 months minimum you’ll be working with our team.
